How should i deal with this issue?

my first grader has issues about going to the bathroom.(she had been potty trained about 4 years ago,followed by serious regression from my pregnancy and a big move.since then,she goes pee in her pants almost all the time.)about a month ago,the school nurse requested that she wear pull-ups to school everyday,or she would have to be sent somewhere else.keep in mind that this is a public school.i gave in and she has been doing better at school(not at home)wearing the pull-ups.i got a call today from the nurse saying my daughter is dry,but still has a strong smell,like she peed on herself.she wants to know if i am bathing my child regularly!!!i got pretty mad and told her that yes,of course i bathe my child!then the nurse wants to know if she has any doctors appointments coming up soon.she wants to know everything about everything to do with my child!i can see giving that info if there was something medically wrong with my child,but there's not.i have had her at the doctor so much,i've got med bills up to my ears!how should i handle this?she says she dosen't want anyone to tease my child,but i have heard no complaints from anyone,not even her teacher.what would you do?she's undermining my parenting of my own child!
