Hi which biker gang is the 1# most dangerous in the U.S.?

I'm not sure which gang he belonged to, but this spring I ped a fellow on a city street who looked like real bad news. He was riding a little scooter and wearing a chromed German WWII helmet with a WWI style Kaiser spike on the top. I figure if he was bad enough to ride that thing, then I wasn't messing with him.
