Piles during Pregnancy :(:(?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone is suffering from this or has suffered this during pregnancy..im 32 wks pregnant 3 days ago whilst in the bath washing..i noticed a lump in my bottom..the size of a marble..when i spoke to my midwife over the phone she said it was piles ( due to constipation) and that it wudnt go till after ive had the baby..ugh it is LITERALLY A PAIN IN THE BUM lol..as it is very painfull..ive brought sum ol which doesnt seem to be helping the pain very much..any suggestions?
