Have a trailer that needs power and water?

I need to know how to get power and water for my rv wich is setup10 feet away from a creek I have money to spend but do not plan on getting any sort of permits it has two propane tanks in the front of it and two pipe connections on the side I'm uming one for septic and one for clean water, I think I can get a generator for power but I'm in need of advice
