I work on a construction site which has 13 floors and I have made it a point to climb up and climb down all those 13 floors once at a time daily on a regular basis (I get fully exhausted) in order to get rid of Obesity and to burn the extra calories. What's your opinion, am I doing right? I am: 5' 9" / 100 Kgs. / 37 years (Male) Your advice please.
