Do I have to provide a hoover when renting a property?

I am renting out a property and the tenants are asking for a hoover, do I need to provide them with one?

As a Leeds fan I really hope it's Liverpool, they are my favourite team in the Premier League and would rather have them win the title than Schester United. Chelsea are ok but we've seen them win the title, I still would prefer Liverpool. My brain tells me to write Arsenal off.
