A great place for a baby shower (cheap)?

I am having a medium size baby shower with family and friends about 30 plus people. I live in or around Lynnwood. Want a location between North Seattle and as far a South Everett. Not East side like Bellevue. I don't have alot of $. I would like an indoor location under $40.00 prefer (free) to hold it. I've thought of parks, hotels, restaurants, and friends houses' but want a more banquet room type space. I am running out of ideas and it will be held in Jan 2009 or Feb. Cold time ofthe year so some heat would be nice. I am not a member of a church or any clubs. Can you help me!!!! PLEASE!!! thank you.
