What are Big Bang VIPs, 2NE1 blackjacks, and Super Junior EFLs?

I alway seen VIPs and stuff, but I never know what they are. Are they fans? same with blackjacks and EFLs. how do you become one, what are the benefits of becoming one, and are there ones for SHINee and other bands? oh yeah, and then there are Wonder Girl's wonderFULs right? i'm just relaly curious about how to become one and what they are.
