Is There an Appropriate Career Path That Coincides With My Interests?

Hi. I am a freshman in college. I am currently studying English and Spanish. My question to you all is this: What are my options in regards to a career that links up with my pion and love for dogs? I have grown up with dogs all my life, they are my favorite animal, and I am genuinely concerned for their welfare in my community. It saddens me to see homeless pets or to hear about pets that have been abused by horrible people. I am just wondering if there is a job that pays me while at the same time helps me save these animals' lives. I am open to most jobs. I just want to dedicate my life to them. Thanks for your help.
