If the world is so orderly because of God...?

Why did my father, grandfather, great grandmother, and aunt die from cancer and my grandfather(on my mothers side) died from diabetes and me and my mother have diabetes? Surely if nature was created by a higher being he/she/it wouldn't make diseases hereditary.
