Did All You Leftists Who Support Hugo Chavez Know That He Is Keeping Abortion Illegal In Venenzuela?

He was granted the ability to "decree" law. And yet, abortion is still criminal in Venenzuela. How can you leftists support him knowing he doesn't believe in a women's right to choose?
