Call of duty modern warfare 2 question please answer asap?

well tittle says it all i urgently need an answer since im currently in Kuwait visiting family, so call of duty modern warfare 2 for xbox started selling before yesterday and they look pretty original like they have the green box exact same cover art as the original Ive read that they are actually early shipments and are supposed to start selling by Nov 10 so is this the case here or are they pirated. if you say its illegal to sell originals early i dont think the shops here follow that rule XD. anyways i dont wanna be banned and if i play it early just incase i buy it il play offline with an offline profile.oh and its also the same price as the original. thanks guys in advance if i buy it il tell you how its like.
