Am I eating enough food per day? *HELP PLEASE*?

Though what you listed seems to be a decent amount of food, it is obvious you crave more than you eat. You can defintily eat more, with out over eating. I suggest eating 5-6 times a day, 3 meals, and 2-3 snacks. You can make your meals a little bigger if you want. You shouldnt feel the need to binge though. You are probably thinking so much about what you eat, that you crave unhealthy foods, and so you binge on them all at once. Everyday you should allow yourself a little bit of "bad" food. If you do this, you shouldnt feel the need to binge. You are not overweight at all, so dont feel bad about a little bit of junk food, especially because what you eat everyday seems pretty healthy Try to relax about your eating habits, and you will get into a routine that works for you.
